Raw material selection

Purity requirements: Quartz optical materials require extremely high purity, so Shi Ying ore with extremely low impurity content should be selected. For example, semiconductor-grade high-purity opaque Shi Ying glass requires that the total amount of 16 impurity elements such as aluminum, iron, calcium and magnesium should not exceed 20 μ g/g.

Particle shape: The particle shape of Shi Ying should be as round as possible. Irregular and sharp-edged particles will increase the specific surface area and oil absorption rate, which will reduce the fluidity of raw materials after mixing, increase the production cost and affect the performance of the plate.

Color and transparency: according to the product demand, there should be no obvious black spots, yellow skin and other miscellaneous spots on the white and light-colored board surface; Black, gray board face, can't have obvious white spots. For optical materials that need light transmission, quartz sand with high transmittance should be selected.

Drying and dehydration: the drying temperature and time should be reasonably adjusted according to the nature and water content of quartz stone, so as to avoid structural changes or performance degradation of quartz stone caused by too high temperature or too long time. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the drying equipment is well ventilated so that the water can be fully evaporated.

Quality inspection and control

Establish testing system: Establish a perfect quality testing system, and strictly test raw materials, including chemical composition analysis, particle size analysis, whiteness detection, impurity content detection, etc. Regularly calibrate and maintain the testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the testing results.

Process monitoring: in the process of processing, all links should be monitored in real time to find and solve problems in time. For example, in crushing, grinding, flotation and other links, it is necessary to regularly sample and test, and adjust the process parameters according to the test results.

Environmental protection and safety

Environmental protection measures: adopt advanced environmental protection equipment and technology, such as waste water treatment equipment and waste gas purification equipment, etc., to treat the waste water and waste gas generated in the processing process to ensure that the discharge reaches the standard. Classified collection and treatment of solid waste, recycling as far as possible, reduce environmental pollution.
