Which industries will use quartz glass to process customized products?

The following are some industries that use quartz glass to process customized products:

Semiconductor industry:

Wafer manufacturing: During wafer manufacturing, wafer carriers and Shi Ying boats made of quartz glass are needed to carry and transport wafers. These Shi Ying products need to have high purity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics to ensure the stability and safety of wafers in the manufacturing process.

Lithography: Quartz glass is also used for optical components and masks in mask aligner. Shi Ying glass has high light transmittance, low refractive index and low thermal expansion coefficient, so that it can ensure the accurate transmission of light and the accurate transfer of graphics in the lithography process.

Optical industry:

Optical instruments: optical components such as lenses, prisms and lenses of optical instruments such as telescopes, microscopes and cameras are often customized with quartz glass. Because quartz glass has good optical properties, it can provide high transmittance and low dispersion in different spectral ranges and ensure the imaging quality of optical instruments.

Laser: Quartz glass may also be used in the resonant cavity, window plate, lens and other parts of the laser. Quartz glass has high hardness, high temperature resistance and good optical stability, which enables it to withstand high energy output and long-term operation of lasers.

Photovoltaic industry:

Shi Ying crucible: In the production of solar cells, Shi Ying crucible is needed to hold polysilicon or monocrystalline silicon. Shi Ying crucible needs high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high purity to ensure the smooth melting and crystallization of silicon.

Components of photovoltaic equipment: Quartz glass will also be used in some high-temperature components, pipes and windows of photovoltaic equipment, because quartz glass can maintain stable performance in the high-temperature environment of photovoltaic production.

Electric light source industry:

Special bulbs: Quartz glass will be used for the tubes or lampshades of special bulbs such as halogen lamps, xenon lamps and ultraviolet germicidal lamps. Quartz glass has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and small thermal expansion coefficient, which can ensure that the bulb can work normally under high temperature and cold and hot changes, and will not break due to thermal expansion and cold contraction.

Stage lighting: some optical components and lampshades in stage lighting equipment may also use quartz glass to meet the requirements of stage lighting for high brightness, high color reproduction and high temperature resistance.

Chemical industry:

Chemical reaction vessels: In some chemical reactions with high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion, reaction vessels, pipes and valves made of quartz glass are needed. Quartz glass has high chemical stability, which can resist the erosion of various chemicals and ensure the safe and smooth chemical reaction.

Laboratory instruments: Some high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosion-resistant experimental equipment in the laboratory, such as distillers, evaporators, dryers, etc., also use quartz glass components.

Aerospace industry:

Spacecraft window: the window material of spacecraft needs to have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and high light transmittance, and quartz glass is an ideal choice. It can maintain stable performance in the harsh environment of space and provide astronauts with a clear vision.

Aircraft parts: Some high-temperature parts, radomes, radomes, etc. on the aircraft will also use quartz glass fiber reinforced composite materials to improve the strength, heat resistance and wave permeability of the parts.

Medical industry:

Medical devices: Some medical devices, such as laser therapeutic devices, ultraviolet therapeutic devices, optical microscopes, etc., will use quartz glass optical components. In addition, quartz glass can also be used to make the shell, window and other parts of medical devices, with good hygiene and corrosion resistance.

Biopharmaceutical: In the process of biopharmaceuticals, it is necessary to use reaction vessels, pipelines and filters made of high-purity quartz glass to ensure the quality and safety of drugs.
