In the process of optical glass prism processing, the following matters need to be paid attention to:

I. Material Selection and Inspection

Select high-quality optical glass materials to ensure good optical uniformity, transparency and refractive index stability. When purchasing materials, ask reliable suppliers for detailed material specifications and test reports.

Strict inspection of raw materials to check whether there are defects such as bubbles, impurities and scratches. Optical microscope, interferometer and other equipment can be used for testing, and materials that do not meet the requirements should be returned in time.

Second, the processing environment control

The processing workshop should be kept clean and dry, with stable temperature and humidity.
